We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Ruby Hotel. The location was perfect, with a beautiful view of the beach and the opportunity to witness stunning sunrises. The room was modern and well-equipped, providing us with all the necessary facilities. Despite a minor issue with the shower being too strong and a bit broken, the overall experience was exceptional. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We also appreciate the fact that the hotel offered a flexible check-out time, allowing us to keep our room until 4pm at no extra cost. The price we paid for such a wonderful experience was truly exceptional. we highly recommend Ruby Hotel for a memorable stay.

The hotel is situated near a wonderful beach which is perfect for a relaxing stroll and stunning sunrise views. the staff are very welcoming and accommodating, and the modern rooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Breakfast is great with daily changes to the menu. the sea view from the top floors is breathtaking.

Occasionally, noise from other guests can be disruptive.

The hotel staff were very accommodating and allowed us a late check-in without any hassle. We were pleased with the generous offer of a reduced rate for the missed night. the hotel was conveniently located close to the beach and offered wonderful views of the sea. We also appreciated the option to have a late check-out time which allowed us to enjoy our final day without rushing.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to our expectations as the floors were dirty. there was no shower curtain which resulted in the bathroom and bedroom becoming wet after showers.

The hotel was located in a good area, close to the city center, and with easy access to public transportation. The room was big enough for two people and had a great view of the city from the balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel was quite noisy, with sounds from the street and other guests making it hard to sleep at night. The walls were thin, so we could hear people talking and walking in the hallway.

We had an enjoyable stay here, thanks to the lovely view of the sea and park from our room on the eleventh floor. Plus, the hotel facilities were awesome, and the staff was very kind and attentive to our needs. We loved the location within this city, as it's near a beautiful beach with easy access to transportation.
